Everyone has their own theories about how to condition for a specific sport, however, yet so few baseball coaches really understand how to optimize their time spent on developing speed, agility, strength and quickness. Even though we feel comfortable in teaching these techniques, we decided to let the experts handle our conditioning program in order to give our members the best possible training methods. This is why Play Ball has teamed up with Velocity Sports Performance to provide proven strength and conditioning techniques for all Coaches Club members.
