Hitting Video Lessons, Drills, Techniques, and Tips For Baseball Coaches

Hitting is an art. It is the hardest thing to do in any sport. The greatest hitters of all time failed over 60% of the time. You will hear many different philosophies of hitting, there is no right or wrong. The one thing that is constant, no matter who you talk to, is that you MUST BE IN POSITION TO HIT.

There are different ways to get into the hitting position. If you watch hitters in the big leagues, you will see many different styles of hitting. If you watch video of those hitters, they all start differently, but at the contact point, they all look very similar.

The best hitters all have great hands and great balance. The path of their hands stays inside the baseball and they never lose balance out over their front foot. To become a great hitter requires countless number of swings and repetitions.

The video lessons and audio lessons below will not only show you how to get into a good hitting position, but they will also show you different hitting drills you can do to perfect the art of hitting.
