Carson is a big kid who doesn't use his size effectively when hitting. In addition, he weakens his hands at toe touch, causing him to lead with his elbow resulting in dragging the bat to the ball instead of attacking the ball. With some work, Carson can learn to be quicker to the ball and hit with much more power.
