Coaches Club Cancellation Policy
Every member has the opportunity to utilize PlayBallAcademy.com with full functionality for 30 days after joining. Individuals may choose to cancel their membership at any time during that 30 day trial period and incur no charges. Annual Membership- Members who choose the annual membership option will not be refunded any charges if they choose to cancel their membership after the 30 day trial period. Annual members can cancel at anytime through our contact page. Monthly Membership- Members who choose the Monthly membership option will not be refunded any charges if they choose to cancel their membership after the 30 day trial period. Monthly members can cancel at anytime through our contact page. BOTH MONTHLY AND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PLANS ARE ON AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL BASIS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER A CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED FOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS. We feel the free 30 day trial period allows our customers to decide if the PlayBallAcademy.com membership an adequate time frame to make a decision to remain a member, therefore, all credit card charges will be applied after the 30 day trial period. Local Camp and Clinic Cancellations: If for some reason you are unable to attend a camp or clinic you have registered for, you must notify Play Ball Academy at least 1 week prior to the start date of that camp or clinic. Notifications 1 week in advance will be eligible for a full refund. You may send us any cancellation using the contact page.
