Please arrive ready to go by noon.

Please bring the usual equipment you would have for baseball practice. Catchers should bring their catchers equipment.

Below is the probable schedule for Sunday.

Pitcher's Schedule:

10:00 to 10:20 -- Stretch and warm-up/ Z-drill
10:20 to 11:00 -- Rotating Stations (20 minutes each)

• Station 1- Pitching Mechanics (Rau)
• Station 2- Pitch Types and Grips (Kusko)

• Station 1- Pickoffs (Rau)
• Station 2- Strength and Conditioning (Kusko)

Short Break

11:45 to 12:30- Pitchers throwing off mounds (video taken)
12:30 to 12:45- Finish any video, radar gun.
12:45 to 1:00 -- Signs, pitch calling and pitch sequencing discussion.

Catcher's Schedule:

10:00 to 10:20- Stretch and warm-up
10:20 to 11:40 -- Blocking, Receiving, and Throwing (Barthol)

Short Break

11:45 to 12:30- Catchers receiving pitchers off the mound (video taken)
12:30 to 12:45- Record catchers video receiving and throwing to second
12:45 to 1:00 -- Signs, pitch calling and pitch sequencing discussion.
